Project Description:

Located along the Ovens River in the heart of Victoria’s alpine high country, the Bright Pool and Wellbeing Precinct reimagines the traditional holiday park pool as an immersive landscape experience.

Working collaboritively Tasman Holiday Parks, the precinct integrates a series of wellness-oriented spaces — including a lap pool, spa zone, and outdoor showers — within a lush alpine planting palette. Locally sourced stone, timber and soft native vegetation root the design in its mountain context, creating a calm and restorative environment for guests year-round.

The project balances recreation and relaxation, framing views to surrounding pines and distant peaks while fostering moments of stillness and connection to nature. More than a pool, the Bright Precinct establishes a new typology for regional tourism — one that celebrates place, ecology and wellbeing in equal measure.
