Set on over 400 Acres of battered grazing lands with little remnant ​vegetation, our Yass projects establishes off grid living, with a focus on ​well​b​eing for both client and surrounding ecosystems.

The vision for the site was to not disturb the incredible prospect of the ​site, yet leverage experiences through amenity and thematic plantings. A ​pool is framed by sculptural planting on the edge of the cliff, while a ​tranquil courtyard with Olive Grove is sunken and protected through dry ​stone​ walling.
