The Vineyard Hotel is set to become the premium food and beverage hospitality destinations in North-West Sydney. Located on the Cumberland Plains with views to the UNESCO world heritage Blue Mountains, the site has a rich history of early viticulture and agrarian landscape uses.
The vision for the site was transform a dilapidated hotel with little community amenity into a regional destination for families and tourists. The masterplan included a new Bistro, Alfresco Dining, Café, 60 Room Motel with Swimming Pool, along with an expansive Playground and Food Forest.
